Hello I am a passionate event planner and one of the proud owners of Serendipitous Events, based in the big little city of Sioux Falls. With a knack for creating unforgettable experiences, I have dedicated my career to bringing people's visions to life and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

As a mother of three beautiful children, I understand the importance of celebrating life's special moments. My own experiences as a parent have fueled my commitment to creating magical events that leave a lasting impression on both hosts and guests alike.

With a keen eye for design and a talent for organization, I have built a reputation with my ability to transform any space into a captivating setting. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, I approach each event with creativity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for making your vision come to life.

When I am not busy orchestrating events, I can be found spending quality time with my family, traveling, exploring, watching sporting events and being a mom!

I’m blessed with the best career, and I am so thankful for this life I get to live everyday. I have a passion for planning, interacting with clients, and designing beautiful events that will leave you breathless. Every client and wedding couple we work with is so special to me. I love the relationships that are built throughout the process and seeing events come to life after months or years of planning!

You could call me a Sioux Falls fangirl. I love everything about the place I am lucky to call home. I’m an O’Gorman grad who ventured to MSU Mankato for college, and moved back the day I graduated. I love to travel but nothing is quite like coming back home to such a great community filled up the best people and the best event industry professionals.

When I’m not working, you can find me floating down the Missouri River at our family cabin or exploring west river. I love to travel during offseason and hate to miss a country concert. I love to plan any get together I can for my friends and family to make memories, and every lazy Sunday watching football. My pups, Lola (mini Goldendoodle) & Harper (standard Sheepadoodle) are my BFFs.

Hi, I’m Audra! You could say I am the definition of a people person and along with that, I really love helping others (I am a true Enneagram 2 to my core!).

I have always been a planner at heart (I make a mean vacation itinerary and I love a good spreadsheet) and I really love beautiful things. I like to blame my background in interior design for that but if I'm honest, I think it's just part of who I am.

I love the entire process of dreaming, scheming and coordinating paired with seeing the final beautiful masterpiece come to life. It makes me giddy just thinking about it!

In my spare time, I like to keep myself very busy! Between home renovations, traveling, running a social media marketing agency, my 4 golden retrievers (yes you read that correctly) and the occasional cocktail with friends, there is rarely a dull moment in my life. And ya know what? I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I can't wait to blend my passion and your dreams together to create the perfect day that you will never forget.

Hello! I'm Hailey Langston, and I'm on an exciting journey as an up and coming event planner. My passion for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences led me to this dynamic career. When I was young, family holidays were my jam - setting up place cards for the ‘guests’ and getting my hands on any decor I could to help liven up the space.

I am a recent grad from the University of South Dakota where I earned a degree in marketing. The summer of 2021 I was blessed with the opportunity to be apart of the Serendipitous Events team as an intern. I thoroughly enjoyed my time assisting with weddings and am now ready to take on the challenge of coordinating events of my own with some wonderful clients! I thrive on turning ideas into reality, as well as a strong desire to succeed. My creative flair knows no bounds, and I love pushing the boundaries of traditional event planning. I'm always on the lookout for the latest trends and innovative technologies to make each event I coordinate truly unique. (My Pinterest boards go crazy) I take pride in my meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of an event, from venue selection to catering, is executed flawlessly. Communication and teamwork are also at the heart of my approach, as I believe collaboration is key to success. As I continue to grow in this industry, my goal is to create events that leave a lasting impression and cherished memories for my clients and their guests.

Hey there! My name is Sara Waldner, and I’ve been planning and assisting with weddings & events since 2017! I started my time with Serendipitous Events while attending Augustana University, graduating in May 2019 with a double major in Communication Studies/Business and Media Studies.

From the small town of Hartford, South Dakota, I love small town vibes as well as the hustle of bigger cities. My favorite part about this job”is getting to meet new people from all walks of life. I pride myself on building close relationships with my clients in order to build the best vision of your event together!

I work full-time at Lawrence & Schiller where I manage marketing & advertising strategies for our clients. When I’m not in girl boss mode, you can find me with my family and friends or watching Netflix’s newest original. I would LOVE to help you build your dream wedding or event! <3
